What we store

• Your account, workspace and brand profile, including the brand brief you write.
• Your catalogue, offers and campaign history.
• Contacts you import or push through the API, including names, emails, phone numbers and purchase history.
• Everything published, and the performance figures collected for it.

How we use it

To plan and write your marketing, publish it to the accounts you connect, measure the results and bill credits. Brand and campaign context is sent to the AI provider configured by the platform in order to generate content.

Consent

Marketing consent is stored per contact and per channel and is checked before every direct send. Contacts who unsubscribe are excluded from every campaign immediately.

Facebook and Instagram

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account with Facebook Login, we receive and store: your Facebook user ID and name, the name, ID, follower count and picture of each Page and Instagram account you choose, and an access token for each of them. We use these only to publish the posts you schedule or approve, and to read the reach and engagement of those posts back into your reports. We never see your Facebook password, never post anything you have not scheduled or approved, and never sell or share this data. The tokens are encrypted at rest.

To remove it, disconnect the channel on the Connections page, or remove the app under Facebook Settings, Apps and Websites - Facebook then tells us, and every token and your Facebook identity are deleted automatically. You can also send a data deletion request through Facebook, and we show you a confirmation code and status page.

Isolation and security

Each workspace is isolated. API keys are stored hashed, provider and channel credentials are encrypted at rest, and outgoing webhooks are signed so your system can verify them.

Retention and your controls

You can export or delete contacts, content and campaigns from the dashboard at any time.
